How to read this tool. With 20 matches left there are about 3.5 billion result combinations, so the race table samples 6,000 random finishes until you have seven or fewer matches unpicked. From then on it checks every combination. Each result is tested with several realistic scorelines, because goal differential and goals scored can break ties. Percentages treat a win, draw and loss as equally likely; they show how much room each team has, not a prediction.

Tiebreakers. Standings use points: three for a win, one for a draw. Two tied teams are separated by head-to-head points, then wins against common opponents, then goal differential in ACC matches, goals scored, goals allowed, points against common opponents and a coin flip. Three or more tied teams use head-to-head points, then head-to-head wins, then goal differential, goals scored, goals allowed, points against common opponents and a blind draw. With three or more teams, head-to-head can still separate a team that beat, or lost to, every other tied team when not all of them played each other. When a step splits a three-team tie and two remain level, those two restart with the two-team steps; larger ties restart the multi-team steps. Common opponents are teams every tied team played. Matches that are not played do not count, and a step that cannot be applied is skipped. Source: the 2026 ACC Women's Soccer Championship Manual.

Canceled match. North Carolina's Oct. 9 match at Florida State was canceled, so both teams play nine ACC matches instead of ten. Standings use total points, not points per match.

Format. Six teams qualify. Seeds 1 and 2 get byes; seeds 3 and 4 host Nos. 6 and 5 on Nov. 8. The No. 1 seed meets the 4–5 winner and No. 2 meets the 3–6 winner in the Nov. 12 semifinals. Seeding is confirmed by the Conference office. Sources: 2026–27 ACC championship sites and formats, ACC women's soccer standings and team schedules on theACC.com.
